Jenny Bi

Jenny is an Articling Student at Nasser Allan. Jenny’s passion for family law stems from her undergraduate studies at UBC, where her background in psychology highlighted the intricacy of family matters.

Jenny obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba. During her legal education, Jenny founded the Robson Hall Family Law Group and competed in the National Family Law Negotiation Competition and the Bowman Moot. Jenny is dedicated to community service. She actively volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and the University of Manitoba Community Law Centre.

Jenny takes a client-centered approach to family law and works with compassion. Change in family circumstances is a personal experience. Jenny is committed to helping parties move forward to a new chapter of life, whether through collaborative processes or through litigation when necessary. Jenny recognizes that family matters may create a sensitive and unstable environment for children and is dedicated to advocating for the children’s best interests.

Jenny values working in a way that is most comfortable for clients. She provides services in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys skiing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her feisty cat Katsu.

Jenny 是一名实习律师，将于2025年成为执照律师。Jenny于家庭法的热情始于她的本科背景。她在UBC大学获取了生物学理科学士以及心理学文学学士。

Jenny于曼省大学获取法律博士。在校期间，Jenny创办了法学院的家庭法社团，也曾多次参加模拟法庭等相关竞赛。Jenny有多份实习经历且积极参与法律志愿活动。

家庭变故通常会带来一系列负面情绪和不确定因素。Jenny充分了解协商的重要性，但也善于用诉讼的方式来帮当事人及其子女取得最大利益。Jenny提供中文和英语的双语服务，也希望能为华人在敏感时期提供专业且高效的家庭法法律意见。

工作之余，Jenny的兴趣包括滑雪，探寻美食，和撸猫。
