Prior to joining Nasser Allan LLP Moonasa worked as an articled student and an associate specializing in Family Law. Moonasa brings with her wealth of experience and she is looking forward to help her client navigate their divorce and separation.
Moonasa has conducted mattes in both Provincial Court and Supreme Court including: Provincial Court trials and Supreme Court Chambers applications.
Moonasa has experience assisting clients with various family law matters including: divorce, separation, child support, spousal support, parenting time, property division, and guardianship.
Moonasa also has experience with out-of-court dispute resolution processes such as; mediations and negotiations. She understands the importance of these resolution processes in family matters. She also understands that the litigation process can often be stressful and difficult therefore she is dedicated to helping her clients in a way that allows them to feel heard while securing the most advantageous outcome.
In her free time, Moonasa enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her adorable cat, Moose.
